We offer a 12 month limited manufacturer’s warranty on all products. If a product is deemed faulty it will be replaced or refunded.

Returns/Exchanges – a customer can return or exchange a product within 30 days.

Products must be returned in their original condition as at the time of their sale, along with details of the original invoice number and the date of delivery of the Product.

Products must be returned to nearest Site HQ depot at the customers cost. If the product is proven to be faulty or not fit for purpose Site HQ will cover the cost to return.
